Return & Refund Policy

At Nanthu Sai Boutique, each product we supply goes through strict quality check from multiple hands ensuring accurate measurements, defect-free designs or prints, undamaged and unworn condition.

Return Conditions 

We accept return only if the product is damaged while receiving the package, provided the unpacking video proof is must.

If there is a mistake from our side in the design or color of the product received. An unpacking video proof is mandatory.

If the mistake is from our side, we will cover the shipping charges.

If the return is due to the customer's reason (other than the conditions mentioned above), the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.

*Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as choosing the wrong color or for any reasons other than receiving a damaged product.

 

Refund Conditions 

Refund will be issued once we receive the defective product at our end. Deduction of Bank transaction charges will be applicable.
